Return & Refunds Policy

At [Home Ease] we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following conditions:

• Products can be returned within [7 days] from the date of receipt of the order.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories present and you will also need your receipt or proof of purchase

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and correct the problem

• Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund as well.
